    รูปถ่าย: 1.5 - 2 นิ้ว (พื้นหลังขาว/น้ำเงิน) ไม่สวมหมวก/แว่น ไม่ปรับแต่งภาพ ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 3 เดือน

    2.นักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี (กรณีขอรับใบรายงานผลสอบพร้อมภาพถ่าย) : 1700 บาท
